THINGS TO DO

Planning your visit to the island?
We’ve got you covered.

Nature in its purest state

Off-the-beaten-track coves, unspoiled beaches and characterful inland villages.Respect for nature from both residents and visitors has enabled Ibiza to preserve its purity, with unspoiled landscapes, more than 200 kilometres of coastline and sweeping beaches lapped by crystal-clear waters. There’s a stage for everyone; unspoiled coves and beaches that can only be accessed by boat like Cala Xarraca, a paradise for divers, Cala Albarca, with the most breathtaking view of the landscape of Es Amunts area and a wonderful walk to arrive, the impressive views of Dalt Vila, a UNESCO World Heritage Site; and pocket-sized inland villages with traditional houses and tiny whitewashed churches.

A must-visit island – Mediterranean inspiration

The inquisitive and creative minds that have visited Ibiza all agree on one thing: it’s a truly inspiring island. Both by day, thanks to its array of cultural and culinary attractions, and by night, thanks to its world-famous club scene and ever-bustling streets, Ibiza is a must-visit destination with a huge personality. The island is a source of inspiration for craftsman, painters, designers, sculptors, photographers, musicians, writers and all kinds of artists who want to give a special value to their art. Not surprisingly, the creative directors of the world’s top fashion houses take some time out in Ibiza before embarking upon their creative processes.

Luxury and convenience

The island boasts a whole host of holiday properties and real estate options, with some of the most exclusive luxury villas in Europe. It also has an excellent infrastructure of sports (onshore and offshore), hotels (from large-scale resorts to cosmopolitan boutique hotels or hip and trendy hotels), hospitals (with full range of care facilities and home visits), restaurants (from simple beach side lunch to sophisticated candle lit dining), shops (boutiques, luxury, hippy and everyday stores, there’s something for every budget and across every district) as well as connections with all major European airports and with one of the busiest private jets terminals in Europe.

Ibiza and Formentera

One of the greatest pleasures is to head out sailing and explore hidden corners of Ibiza and Formentera that can’t be reached by land. It’s such a privilege to take a dip in the gin-clear and turquoise waters of an off-the-beaten-track cove or marvel at a stunning sunset while surrounded by nature, calm and the sounds of the waves gently lapping against your yacht.

Ibiza and Formentera have Posidonia meadows more than 1000 years old and recognised by UNESCO as World Heritage. It is the most precious treasure of our sea. Without it, the waters of Ibiza and Formentera would not be what they are, that’s why it is necessary to be aware of responsible anchoring to avoid its deterioration.
